Aviva

Financeby Malcolm by Founders Factory
Launched Jun 3, 2026 on ChatGPT

The Aviva app, provided by Aviva UK Digital Limited, lets you get quotes for Home and Life Insurance products. It uses ChatGPT, an AI service operated by OpenAI. Your conversations take place within the ChatGPT platform and are subject to OpenAI’s terms and conditions. ChatGPT and its technology are owned and run by OpenAI, not Aviva.

If you request a quote from Aviva, your request will be sent to Aviva and our response will appear in a clearly labelled Aviva-branded section with the Aviva logo. Aviva is responsible for that content. The rest of the chat experience and AI functionality is provided by OpenAI, although Aviva will aim to help with information related to your insurance questions. Aviva does not provide advice through the App. Aviva Home Insurance is underwritten by Aviva Insurance Limited and Aviva Life Insurance is underwritten by Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited

Use of your data Aviva will use your personal data for purposes including to decide if we can offer you a quote for our products and generate a quote. The controllers of your personal data are Aviva UK Digital Limited who is responsible for the sale and distribution of the product and the Aviva group company that underwrites your policy.
