Use this FIRST when a user wants to create a website. This opens an interactive form where the user can review and edit their business information before creating the website.
IMPORTANT: Always call this tool BEFORE create_website. Never skip this step.
Prefill ALL fields with either information from the conversation OR smart suggestions based on the business type:
