Use this tool when the user wants to search, browse, discover or compare residential properties available for rent or purchase on QuintoAndar, such as apartments, houses, studios, and similar property types.

The user can search for properties using a wide range of filters, including price, location, number of bedrooms, property type, area, and other relevant attributes. The tool returns a list of matching properties displayed in an interactive carousel, where each property card includes key information such as price, images, size, and address.

This tool is intended for discovery and comparison only. It does not replace services provided directly by QuintoAndar, such as talking to a real estate agent, alerts of recommendations, etc.
