Use this ONLY when you already have a valid Zoopla listing ID (for example, from a previous search result or a user-provided Zoopla URL) and need rich details about that single property. It returns full description, bedroom/bathroom/reception counts, pricing information, EPC rating, key features, tenure and other display fields. Do NOT use this tool to search or filter listings; instead, call the listings search tool to find listings by location or criteria, then use this tool for one selected listing ID.
